Sommer Ranch is pleased to share web space with Sliders Performance Horses. Yannay Moshe offers a wide array of training services and has done an exceptional job of starting several of our Sommer Ranch Andalusians.
Yannay comes to the Santa Rosa Plateau from Israel where he worked with Nitzan Peleg starting young horses and managing a large riding school. In 2004 he was certified as a horse riding instructor at Vingate College and from 2005 - 2008 he served in the Israeli military as a horse trainer, training horses for mounted patrol and security for the military police.
Subsequently Yannay has worked with Christian Myer as a cow horse trainer in Germany. He has also worked extensively with Wayne McCormic as an assistant trainer for movie for movie productions in New Zealand. And more recently, since coming to the United States, he has worked with Bill Norwood and Tanya Jenkins as an assistant reining trainer.
Now working for himself under the brand name of SLIDERS PERFORMANCE HORSES, Yannay is located at Dancing Feather Ranch in Murrieta, CA. He is currently accepting new horses of any breed or gender into training. Yannay specializes in colt starting and problem solving using confidence building techniques. His results are quick, consistent and translates well to the horse's amateur owners.
