Sommer Ranch is pleased to announce that we will be standing “RIOSO” in the later part of the 2008 breeding season for his owner, Karri Gulbransen of Utah. To the best of our knowledge, Rioso is the ONLY NON-GRAY APPROVED PRE stallion, carrying “PEARL” in the United States today. A gene he inherited from his famous bay sire, BRAVIO. Rioso has also been DNA tested to carry the black and chestnut gene as well. He stands approximately 15.2h tall and displays the wonderful, kind nature that you would expect from an Iberian gentleman.
